If there is anyone who should learn from this session it will be me. I lost a season which I shouldn’t because I didn’t do what Coach Henry was saying in this video. I became a member of Rugby Site and learned the reason why I lost that season. My team won their season last year by not doing the same mistake of putting in players that are not 100% well to play because I was afraid to out my seconds in.Thanks

Really informative and something I’ll be using this weekend when our boys play their first game. Also, had a little chuckle when there was mention of weak defending 10s.
This selection of videos on leadership and management by Graham Henry are very instructive in creating the culture of the team. Very often we think in terms of the individual or the units but forget the fact that rugby is a team sport
