This session is about constant improvement. Naturally, as coaches we are always looking to improve how our team performs on the field, that’s important. I’ve coached this game for about 40 years now and I’m still learning, but one thing I do know is that you want your players to be constantly improving not only on the field, but off the field as well. You’re trying to create an atmosphere throughout the year where players take responsibility and they are accountable for getting them selves in a frame of mind to play superbly on game day.

Graham Henry comes across as such an approachable coach. I think that is so important, allowing your TDMs to add their value and be willing to take feedback from your players.
Some good ideas here looking at coaching from a different angle.Motivation is the key and we are all learning from each other..great advice.
