Course reviews

Très bon intéressant

Thank you for the video. it is of huge help for myself and the rest of the coaches of our school rugby teams. Am looking forward to put into practice this afternoon with our school 1st grade rugby team.

New Zealand

Great video about scrum skill focused strengthening and warm up

Excelentes ejercicios para trabajar en diferentes niveles! definitivamente los voy a poner en practica! excelente trabajo Francisco, Ojalá suban mas videos con este tipo de progresiones

Very cool. I love to test the shape under pressure like you are doing here, and you have certainly added a few drills to my repertoire

South Africa

Good video, very helpful. Would agree about the “riding” the backs on younger teams

Sono d’accordo con Paul, bellissima miscela degli esercizi per la posizione costante del giocatore in spinta nelle fasi ordinate e, anche altre!

A lot of good tips here, well explained, i would be cautious with the last one, i experienced it as a player and it is important to remind the player on the top to keep his balance, falling on the side is fine although i would add up more distance between the participants but sliding head up first could end up with head/neck injury.

Very good session especially how to keep your shape in the scrum under pressure

South Africa

Great mixture of technical drills moved into competitive games.
