Non Contact Defence Session Plans - Y and HS with The Rugby Site
Non contact defence training - no problem. You can use to develop players skills, have some fun, build player fitness and all non contact. Much of defence play is about alignment and numbering up. This session we feature the 'Master of Defence' 2x World cup winning coach Sir Graham Henry, ex All Black No8 Rodney So'oialo and ex USA 18 coach Salty Thompson. Plus ex NZ 7s trainer Kevin Roberts to warm up. This session can be done anywhere on a pitch or even at the beach - just need a few cones and you are away.
