It takes players through a number of defensive systems and structures, outlining where each player has to go and what responsibilities they each have for their role.
Finish the session with ex All Black Rodney So’oialo’s Realignment drill incorporating the ball with defence engagement to the contact stage.
It gives players a chance to put the skill’s learnt from Courtney’s session in practice.
