All Blacks 7s legend Eric Rush was famous for his commitment to training and conditioning. Here he shares with you a series of fitness drills which he employed to ensure that you hurt on the grass and not on the scoreboard.

Remember: “If you train jogging, you’re going to be really good at jogging, if you want to play hard out, you need to train hard out.”
