Rugby is my sporting passion and I am proud to have had a father who played top rugby with the Rugby Lions, Wasps and Finchley. My rugby was not so illustrious but I was proud to have played for the UCS old boys and Sutton & Epsom RFC. Am also proud to have been a tight-head prop.

The defeat against the Brumbies was sadly one of the most inept performances in Lion's history. It will have little bearing on Saturday’s test match, but it showed the heavy downside of Gatland’s policy of cutting selection corners for the benefit of the test team.
