How do I create an account?

The Rugby Site is free to join! Create your account now.

I've forgotten my password

If you can’t remember your password, we can reset it for you.

Simply enter your email address and we will send you instructions.

I’m unable to watch videos

Our videos require you have Adobe Flash Player installed.

You can download the latest version of Flash from the Adobe website.

If you are using a Windows computer, and see only a black screen when you press ‘Play’, please try following these instructions from the Adobe website.

Please note that we currently do not support devices that cannot run Flash content, such as iPhone and iPad.

Video playback is stuttery.

Ensure you have installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, which you can download from the Adobe website.

The quality of the video will adjust automatically depending on the speed of your internet connection.

Generally, most modern computers should be able to play our videos, but older computers may not be powerful enough to achieve smooth playback.

I can’t find the videos I’ve purchased

Your purchased videos can be found in the My Videos section.

If your videos are not listed, ensure you are signed in to the same account you used to purchase the videos.

Can I save a copy of the videos I've purchased?

Videos you have purchased are available to view as many times as you like in the My Videos section.

Due to our licensing agreements, we currently do not allow videos to be saved for offline viewing.

Which payment methods you do accept?

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.

Payment by other means, such as bank deposit or PayPal, is currently not supported.

Can I get a receipt for my purchase?

You can view a history of all your purchases from your Purchase History page.

Can I get a refund?

All video sales are considered final.

If you purchased a video in error, or are experiencing any other issues related to your purchase, please contact us.

How do I change my information, including my picture?

You can fill in your profile and upload a picture from your Account page.

Why are video prices displayed in the wrong currency?

We currently accept payment in the following currencies:

  • British Pounds
  • Euros
  • New Zealand Dollars
  • Australian Dollars
  • South African Rand
  • United States Dollars

If your country’s currency is not currently accepted, prices will be shown and charged in US Dollars.

How do I submit a video review?

You can review any video you’ve purchased by filling in the review box at the bottom of the video page.
